I forgot you have to type 'q' to leave DEBUG at the -, then you can type test. What happens is there is a file on your HD called 'test.com', and a COM file is like an EXE file, but usually smaller, but has a file size limit. And windows has a problem running COM files, thus, run the file in DOS.
